Careful attention to the issue of context in general and urban context in particular has led us to distinguish three kinds of urban leaders seeking ethnic leadership team. Each has its own unique characteristics, assets and liabilities, and thus it is important and useful to distinguish one from another. Obviously a leader who is indigenous to a context can perhaps more easily influence it for Christ. But a leader who has relocated to a context can be effective especially as he or she first acknowledges
